After the kid is older and you can do standing diaper changes, he can stand on the closed toilet seat. Until then, yes, there are changing tables. Bring your own disposable pad if you're a germaphobe. We just use purell wipes generously until we deplane and then take showers/baths as the first available opportunity...[/quote]
