Yes, THANK YOU for leaving detailed plans whenever possible! It makes everything go much more smoothly. I don't understand the subs who disregard the plans and decide to do their own thing for an entire day. That sounds stressful for everyone involved. Serious question for the people who complain about subs who don't follow directions and waste an entire day: Do you report these employees to the Sub Office and/or request a "Do Not Send" on that person? I was told more than three complaints (fewer if it's something really serious) will get a sub terminated. [/quote]
