To us, it's the best of both worlds. We get to do the parks whenever, but come back to peace and quiet after within a 5 minute drive.  We even leave a day or two to relax around the resort, especially if the the weather is nice.  We also get discounted park tickets through AAA or Costco. We never spend more than $3000 for the six of us for a week with plenty of space. [/quote]
