Just b/c it's 1 block from NE doesn't make it close.[/quote] The person you're talking to has already proven themselves to be an absolute idiot (not knowing which hospitals have maternity wards, not knowing the difference between EOTP and EOTR, thinking DC is a "small" town and without any maternity wards in 7 or 8 everyone is still 15-20 minutes from care.
