There is no such thing as "the protocols for dealing with foreign nationals", as there is no standardization for transferring security clearances across federal agencies (unfortunately). My initial security clearance required disclosure of ALL family members who are foreign nationals, regardless of whether the contact was "close and continuing". Quit being snarky because you are jealous and can't get a fed job and are stuck doing network engineering as a contractor. [/quote]
