(She'd been in underwear for months and had relatively infrequent accidents at home, because she got into a pattern of going at particular times + could rush to the toilet last minute; at school, she had 4 accidents in the first 3 days...). Less anecdotally: There is actually a correlation between income level and potty training age, just as there is a correlation between income level and school performance... it is exactly the opposite correlation.
