I found the highlighted to be a curious statement for modern times as opposed to say 1950s Brooklyn. Tall Jew here. There are plenty of us. Are you trying to imply 90% of your neighborhood is not only really short, but also Jewish or do you just assume every short person you see there is Jewish? It is only Jews complaining about your height? I believe there are neighborhoods with lots of Jews and I believe there are lots of short Jews (and members of all different groups). I just cannot imagine it is just a gang of tiny Jews giving you a hard time about your height.[/quote]
