We know how hard it can be for parents to find the time to call, and as a busy working mother myself, I get that having to call a business more than once is frustrating. We are always trying to balance to two goals-- that of calling parents quickly, but still taking the time to have a real conversation with everyone who calls us. I take the calls that come in after 2 pm, and respond to all the email forms that come through our website.
