So sorry for your losses. I am a lot older than you but am the same - get pregnant easily but then miscarry. Key is to find it what is causing your MCs. Mine were chromosomal problems with the fetus, but I'm a lot older than you. If  you MC again I would request a recurrent pregnancy loss panel from your RE and karotype testing for both you and your spouse/partner, as well as a D&C If you have a missed miscarriage so they can test the fetal tissue. For me it was a matter of just continuing to try until I had luck. I'm in my 40s and 22 weeks pregnant, no fertillity or other treatments.[/quote]
