Labeling every little infraction as bullying does a major disservice to all who are actually bullied and makes it harder for us to address the problem. This started as a boy being obnoxious. As for who was right: this boy needs to learn that society judges his hit much more harshly than her physical actions and he should walk away. If I were his mom, there would be a talking to, but not a big punishment. [/quote]
