It doesn't matter if it is a woman or a man doing it. That said, if you absolutely don't want to get pregnant (if you are a woman) or you don't want to get someone pregnant (if you are a man), it's a good idea to take matters into your own hands, no matter what the other person says and either get on birth control or wear a condom or insist your partner wear a condom (that you watch him open and put on).
