14:48 again.  This is really good advice.  I will add, spend less time trying to pick people up in supermarkets, etc. and get more socially involved.  Go to church, volunteer, join a book club.  Give others a chance to get to know you just a little bit in a safe space (I hate that expression but it works here).  Good luck to you, OP.  [/quote]
