If you like someone - text them/call them and let them know - don't get wrapped up in your head. If they think you were needy or desperate for contacting them too soon - is this really the person you want to be with?

I think sometimes - just be you, be real, and those who want to be with you will be with you and those who don't - they have that right to make that decision too. But - you will find the right one - just be patient.

14:48 again. This is really good advice. I will add, spend less time trying to pick people up in supermarkets, etc. and get more socially involved. Go to church, volunteer, join a book club. Give others a chance to get to know you just a little bit in a safe space (I hate that expression but it works here). Good luck to you, OP.

Nah man. There's nothing wrong with approaching women in supermarkets etc. It's a fine idea. You just have to play the numbers. Approach more women and get more numbers. Writing off supermarkets because of one failure to respond is ridiculous.

Think positive. You got a number. Good work! But not every number (no matter where you get it from) is going to result in dates. This one didn't, but hey maybe the next one will.

I think she is not interested in you. But you should still send a dick pic so she knows what she missed and will have a good memory of you.

Did this happen in DC, or LA?

If the former, ten bucks says you got a fake number from a woman in a grocery store. Just sayin'...
