Capital City is different. It is all the way up in Brightwood, not convenient to the Hill, and I believe it's still a sought-after school on DCUM. I did consider Center City PCS because it would be so close to us, but it didn't seem to be a place that was really viable for us. Test scores are very poor, and I heard they use a pretty rigid disciplinary approach. [/quote]
