I do remember how emotional their testimony was - any person with a heart felt horrible for those boys. However, I think that the murders were motivated more by the fear of losing money than by any actual physical fear of their father, even though they may have feared him in the past. The man had a mean streak and I think that the boys had a legitimate seething contempt for their dad. It would be interesting to hear Lyle and Erics' perspectives now. [/quote]
