This was my brother's second wedding.  It was a really nice reception.  I think some of the food was cooked and brought by relatives, or by them before-hand, and some came from restaurants or Costco.  He did a playlist in advance for music, I think.  All the formal stuff is really just a pain for guests anyway, I think.  The one thing I would do is rent chairs for old people to sit down.  He didn't have a lot of seating and the old people ended up mostly just sitting around the living room.  [/quote]
