The hack wasn't just a technological hack.  The Russians didn't even need to digitally access or manipulate individual voting machines.  What they did was social engineering, to use digital media to manipulate voter sentiment.  The Russians have tremendous expertise in this area, they have been world class experts in the covert propaganda business for 70+ years, they quite successfully did it in Crimea, Eastern Ukraine and several other places in recent years.[/quote]

That's psyops or propaganda, not computer hacking.  Two entirely different things. It seems to have worked well on the Democrat Party, since it's Democrats who are doing the most to try to undermine Trump's presidency.  I don't really see the russians doing anything at all.[/quote]
