He is apparently an idiot.[/quote] Actually the private security firms provided no direct link whatsoever to Cozy Bear and Sleepy Bear or Yogi Bear or whatever they're called. They simply opined that some of the indicators were consistent with those Russian hacking groups. I guess the notion that someone else could have used similar software didn't occur to these forensics guys.[/quote]
