I don't think he ever took me up on it. But as a man who used to be really promiscuous I think it made him feel better knowing the option was there.

This is kind of a weird stipulation in the context of a hall pass that basically dooms the scenario to failure from the get-go. The whole point of the hall pass - in my opinion - is that you're mature adults and able to talk about it; it's not supposed to be a threat to your marriage. 
All the other rules are fairly normal, IMHO.[/quote]
