They are just trolling [/quote] We paid more for a house zoned to QO and would never have paid that for a house zoned to Watkins Mill or Gaithersburg HS. So yes, people pay do more even if it is a small difference. As an FYI - SFH zoned for QO can go up to and beyond a million. [/quote]
