NPL is not the same as ECNL but I would argue it might be better than CCL. NPL is one of the ECNL Regional leagues and even though it is way below ECNL if you are the top team in your ECNL Regional group you do get to attend an actual ECNL Showcase. You will be in a lower bracket/pool but you get to go![/quote]

Oh god not this crap again.  If your kid is playing for a crappy team in a low level league, then your kid does not "merit discussion of his individual talent".  Your kid is most likely not very good at soccer.  Most of the talented kids do play for better teams in better leagues.  And most of the kids on those teams are more talented than most of the kids not on those teams.  Period.[/quote]

Classic garbage that does not change a thing I wrote or even respond to it. Those who are talking about leagues are not parents of top players on those top teams. I guarantee it.  It is a way to justify your kid sitting on the bench a lot or rationalizing your team losing more games than it wins. That is why some clubs love talking about it. It keeps the seat fillers coming back for more. [/quote]
