Yes the WP sports reporters don’t know a thing about girls hs lacrosse and the rankings clearly show that.  WP in this case is not to be respected.

They highlight SSSA and Yorktown always because they are so not with the current vibes in Dc metro lacrosse. I mean who cares that Jenny tran had an acl injury does that mean her team gets empathy votes because she can’t train with them ?? And so tired of Kathy Jenkins. Boring. [/quote]

I don’t understand why privates are grouped with publics. It’s a completely different playing field. Privates can and do consistently recruit top players from the NoVa area, that’s why they have good teams from year to year. Publics get what they get and if they are fortunate to get a group of excellent players who stick with their HS for 4 years they can do well, i.e. Langley.[/quote]
