Yes to a point but it's a quality the parent should instill in the child. But if parents are enabling the "moving on" behavior, the coach can't do much.

I’m talking about your children will not put forth their best effort and will most likely just end up going through the motions if they are not buying what the coach is selling, regardless of your parental guidance. As a parent, you can take your child wherever you please.[/quote]
