Your democratically elected Congress appropriated a budget to USAID and that budget was executed and its results reported regularly to Congress. When the US heartlessly closed UsAID overnight, children who depended on the food aid, medicines and medical care funded by USAID died. The way it was closed was careless and unprofessional and will foment a negative opinion of the USA overseas for generations to come.[/quote]
