Ur obviously the noobs in the club - despite being Armstronged into giving money/accepting their offer within 24 hrs, you’ll see outside clubs getting training time with your paying child, u will not be informed when they officially join (some potentially free while your forkin out 4K for the year) and u will definitely not hear jack from any lousy director. Couple of things:

Outside clubs are not getting training time - individual player are

The INDIVIDUAL players are looking to switch clubs and will NOT be free.  They will pay their portion of the club fees. It's always been like this and always will be.  They will not be free. You are spreading falsehoods for drama.

You shouldn't hear anything from the director at this point.  Kids can try out a club midseason - they may or may not make it and may or may not choose to leave their original club.  Why say anything to the team now - they are just coming to a couple practices. No news.  And they don't have to tell the parents anything.
