Yes, this explains everything. It's very likely correct. Even if it's not correct, the "true" explanation is likely worse, or equally bad, at best.

The 3-4 months? I don't know. I've seen mental decline up close, and it is very uneven. It happens very quickly, then slows, then speeds up, then there are ups and downs. It's quite confusing. It must be upsetting his supporters and upending the White House. They can't hide this forever. [/quote]
