They needed to screen people before one could join the queue, not after, so that traffic would not have bee that heavy. Waiting in a queue all day only to see tickets disappear and be left empty handed or with 1-2 tickets when you needed 4 or with nosebleed tickets when you were ready to pay for floor seats is beyond frustrating.
