Carson is going to feed Skyview. The ESs are right by Skyview, the boundary is going to make sense and will be reasonably compact. The pyramid they are building makes total sense. And everyone has been discussing it since the school was purchased. It has been 9 months and a few days before the last map is going to be published she asks that question?

The issue is really what is Oakton’s MS because it had been Carson. Oakton’s boundaries make 0 sense but the school board doesn’t want to address that.

They don’t need to make many adjustments to the ES boundaries in the Skyview area. Apparently Floris is getting crowded but Fox Mill has space and is on the boundary with Floris, so they could move kids from the local neighborhood from Floris into Fox Mill. Crossfield has space if there are schools that are crowded in the area. [/quote]

+1. Also, I don't understand why changing elementary schools would be helpful to Meren. The proposal to move some of Floris into Fox Mill only strengthens the argument that Fox Mill should be assigned to Skyview. Pretending that plan isn't on the table benefits Meren.[/quote]
