$850, IB for Maury, "vintage" home https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/1333-D-St-NE-20002/home/9913321 This one is interesting to see the original layout and details of these Hill East houses.
Almost exactly across the street from the renovated house upthread that's been sitting for 40 days. This one obviously is different because it needs a renovation and is zoned for Maury, but it'll be interesting to see how these two sales turn out.
Oooh, it's like the "before" picture for the other one! I kind of like this one better, even though it needs lots (and lots) of work. But I'm a sucker for unpainted wood, which I'd hope a careful restoration could preserve. And I'm kind of a sucker for vintage pink bathrooms. But I can also see why someone would just gut reno this (alas), with all that's going on upstairs. And the linoleum on the stairs? Oh dear. OTOH: There's an actual screened porch! In Capitol Hill! Those are like hen's teeth around here.
