Ohh, that Auto Zone is so gross. That might be a dealbreaker for me given how people work on their cars at all hours in the lot and dump motor oil and stuff on the ground.

It also looks like it went under contract, but contingent, and is now back on the mkt.  Maybe just bad luck or maybe something up w the house.[/quote]

FYI, Auto Zone's lease is up this year and the property is being actively marketed by the owner, so I wouldn't necessarily assume that it will stay there long. It's more likely, however, that you'll abut a construction site for awhile.
