We ended up getting a 3.5 without points or PMI, etc. I will say our TBI contact was very upfront and transparent. [/quote] 2.9% with TBI and 5k towards close for us. They match outside quotes so doesn’t make sense to go with anyone else in my opinion. Especially with the credit towards closing.[/quote]
