Me, I'm more likely to go with something small, of deep personal and permanent significance (not a unicorn).  I have a colleague with her kids' names, including the name of the child who died in infancy, for example.   I love these.

And tattoos are fairly common now, even amongst the fed lawyers I generally hang out with.[/quote]
