What is this strange obsession with establishing GDS as Sidwell's equivalent and with schools Michelle Obama did or did not consider ("Maret, WIS, and NCS weren't even in the running!" "Oh yes, they were!" "Oh no, they weren't!")? No one cares!

GDS parents should clearly spend sometime looking inward and fixing what appear to be some fairly serious social issues at the school. That will help the school's reputation a lot more than these crazed Sidwell-wannabe postings on DCUM, which make the GDS parent community sound like it's filled with 7th grade mean girls. [/quote]
