From my understanding, the class she is in is for beginners or people who have not worked out in a while. DW hasn't really worked out in nearly 5 years since the kids, and she has knee problems. Also, everyone who is in her class is not all going to be doing the warrior dash. Some are doing other races/events. The gym has a website and has positive reviews online, so I am confident in these facts. Or I should say, I am confident she's is not going out every week to "nail" her trainer.[/quote]
