You'll also see some of those people seeking detached single family homes look further out from the city where land is at less of a premium.

"building more homes" is a grift to developers and government.  the tax breaks to build more homes are on the backs of taxpayers and the new dense homes bring in more property taxes.

only government wins, they get more cash, theyll burn through that and then we need even more density.
