unfortunately no. There aren't hall passes and i don't know that kids even have to ask if they want to leave the classroom to go to the bathroom. if everything was disclosed earlier the teachers might have been able to remember if a student/potential perpetrator had been late to a class or left class for a while, but months after they wouldnt remember.

Also for the people saying they doubt the victim would have just gone back to class--who says they did? they could have crawled into a corner till it was time to go home.

One of the most concerning things about all of this is that GDS has not said that after the reported incident it took any preventative measures, like cameras outside the bathroom, starting a hall pass system etc. It seems that even if they don't think something happened, measures to make sure that it couldnt happen might make sense.
