Citation where they were innocent people?  I haven't seen anything to that effect in the media.  Lots of speculation, but the circumstantial evidence indicates there were not so innocent.  This occurred in international waters, so no U.S. Constitutional rights attached.  Venezuela is free to lodge a protest to the UN if it wishes to do so.[/quote]
