Here’s the thing: It wouldn’t be such a “chore” if they would calm the eff down. I’ve been a member of mine for several years, have given away more than 100 items and have picked up at least 10. Not once have I needed admin “help.” And I don’t really GAF if someone outside of our town limits is giving and taking. Who cares? Give the stuff away, get the stuff. It’s not that deep. [/quote]

In other words, you have contempt for the job they are doing. So why should they care about your opinion? Moderating a community takes a lot of ongoing effort. You claim to have never needed help, but someone approved your request to join, didn’t they? They screen posts as well. These are tasks most people wouldn’t want to do. So yeah, it’s still a chore even if you’re doing the bare minimum.[/quote]
