You're thinking is off.[/quote] I am a vegetarian - I eat a LOT of veggies and fruit, and also eat a lot of carbs. I am not full without some carbs and often cheese. But I do try to fit veggies and/or fruit into just about everything I eat. Just always looking for ways to get more - I have a thing of prewashed arugula and stick a handful of it into all my pasta, sandwiches, soups, etc etc. Yesterday I had strawberries, a banana, chickpeas, arugula, tomatoes, black beans, and some blueberries on top of ice cream. And also rice, cereal, crackers, and bread, Usually I eat more veggies than this but it was a bit of a weird eating day. [/quote]
