"Enable" is the wrong word. The issue is that Republican policies make it hard for the poor to avoid unwanted pregnancies.[/quote]

These same policies also make it difficult to wean off of assistance and do better.  Also, there is a limit to how much funding one can receive, though you may think it’s unlimited, it is not.  And why do you want to punish children for what their parents are doing?  [/quote]
