typo (advice ^)Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:My son is 16 (Alpha) and talks about having kids. Have heard him say 1 or 2 and most recently that he'd prefer to have kids in his late 20s to be free in his 40s. I think he has seen us do that and in comparison to most friends who older parents he has a preference. I told him it takes two to make that plan happen but we support him in any circumstance.
Very solid advise.

Idk if we want a society where people are addicted to phones alone in their houses without kids to help increase community, perspective, and meaning.

You need to seriously educate yourself regarding worldwide declining birth rates. You sound like a moron.

The person would choose animals over humans. That's weird.

Middle class kids can’t afford it and they know it.
Poor kids crap out babies because they know they will be taken care of and will tolerate living with family and or government assistance.
This is sad but true and poor countries without welfare system, people chose to have more kids and put them to work from childhood to support family.
While here in the US the poor have more kids for more benefits.
Yup and our government policies enable it!
"Enable" is the wrong word. The issue is that Republican policies make it hard for the poor to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
