No, that’s not how it works.  All kids have a right to an education.

They have a right to an education but it should be at a special school/facility or the parents should be required to attend classes with their child and make them behavior.  Or, they can do homeschool, virtual school, pathways to graduation, etc.  Lots of optons.  Or that medical program.[/quote]

Omg—the last thing we want is these kids parents in classes with them.  I guarantee that will not be better.  But there should be an intensive services school for them and if that’s impossible for some reason, virtual schooling.  Yes, they probably won’t take advantage of the virtual schooling but they aren’t taking advantage of the in person schooling either.[/quote]
