I never understood families who stay with a top losing team when they could move to a better club even on a mid-tier team.  It's ALWAYS better to join a strong club even if you can't be on the top team.  You just learn so much more, the morale will be better and you'll at least be inspired to work harder to do better.  So many narcissists who only want to temp bragging rights of being "best" when they will never be.

OP it's too late but get on a top club.  Her morale will return when she starts winning.  The whole develop your game thing means nothing without some wins.  NOBODY - I don't care how old you are - likes to lose repeatedly.  You have to be on a club that at least has a chance of winning.  It's not that our new club wins every game but that we are competitive.  Since leaving, DD has become her OG self and it's a beautiful thing.[/quote]

There is another thread DCUM Soccer talking about "Loyalty to Team". I think anyone that reads your post should come to the obvious conclusion that the first order of loyalty should always be your DC.
