Zuraya has at least joined a committee and has engaged with APS. No, it's not like Kathleen, but she did more than some guy who just decided to run just because he's angry or something. At least she chased those endorsements. So much more than Chen. I'm voting for her. She can learn on the job too.
Chased those endorsements. Bwa ha ha. They recruited her to run as the Latinx candidate to replace CDT.
You say this like you’re an insider and witnessed the Hispanic community recruiting and preparing her for office like a puppet. Maybe she had these goals in advance and started to make relationships herself like Chen is purporting to do. Anyway, anonymous, you’re just stirring up stuff and I can see it clearly from where I sit. I like Zuraya probably as little as I like Chen, but #2 is going to her.
Not an insider. Paying attention. She had no prior connection to APS, joined a committee this year, but had big names like Lopez and Tejada line up from get go. She’s the next CDT who was the next TT.
She has just enough connection and Chen. Has kids going to APS. At least she went one more step than him and joined an advisory committee.
Ok so Zuraya was one step ahead of him but she's been to what like 3 meetings? Honestly I just think she was better groomed. Someone probably told her to hurry up and join a committee so she can show her involvement. She must have referred to it 5 times in the time I saw her speak. She's not fooling anyone. Neither Zuraya or Chen have any involvement as far as I'm concerned. And Larry, oh Larry... still trying to figure him out.
That really turns me off. Parents work hard on these committees for years.
You better have a source on that because if you're lying... oh well, you're still anonymous and can make unsubstantiated claims. But I do know someone on the info tech committee and I'm sure others do too!
A source on what? The EdTech committee just got started last year, and as of January 2024, the committee had met only 3 times. This is publicly available information. So if Zuraya went to all the meetings, that means she went to a grande total of 3 meetings. Hardly the experience I'm looking for in a candidate. I almost prefer Chen. At least he's not trying to claim he's experienced based on joining a committee yesterday and attending a few committee meetings.
