Biglaw types work a lot.  They are stressed a lot.  When they aren't working, they are usually traveling (for work), drinking (because of work), or getting coffee (so they can work some more).

+1 which is why they marry each other. After while, you don't know anyone else. The only big firm lawyers I know who are not married to lawyers got married or met their spouse before they become lawyers or left the firm and then met someone.[/quote]
