Okay!! I took the bait and read the contract and read Starr's tweets.  Oy!! What are you folks in MOCO thinking?  I'm as liberal as they get and I am appalled by what is going on in MCPS.  It looks like the MCPS unions have pissed off the Washington Post as well.

Personal attacks are a sign that there is nothing substantive a poster can say to rebut an opinion.  The OP should read about MCPS in detail before moving to MOCO.

The vitriolic postings accusing anyone who opposes the union view as right wing or Fox news watchers/conservatives belies a lack of anything useful to say y'all.

Parents should learn more about MCPS before moving to MOCO.  I think it is no longer a good school system ... the changing demographics prove the point.[/quote]
