In Germany, the law considers swastikas and SS sig runes the "symbols of anti-constitutional organizations." Displaying them publicly or selling goods that sport them is illegal. The Nazi salute and statements such as "Heil Hitler" are also banned in public, illegal, and punishable by law with up to three years in prison. Banned symbols (which include likeness of Hitler) can only be displayed for education, art/science, covering historic events, etc. If anyone in Germany wants to "celebrate" that dark part of history, they have to do it in secret.
