What do you propose to do with them?[/quote] DP If they are unable to pay a fine, they can elect voluntarily to be methodically/scientifically beaten with instruments (rubber hose, sticks, lengths of chain, etc) by a volunteer squad composed of victims of previous DUI crashes. They would not be beaten to death. Every effort would be made to ensure they do not die. But they will receive a beating that they will be reminded of daily, for the rest of their lives.
