Harris looked like an absolute idiot and way in over her head when they tried to trot her out there briefly to talk about China and North Korea. She'd get absolutely owned in the arena of geopolitics by our current enemies in China and Russia.  She shouldn't be anywhere near the oval office. He was able to communicate with media without constant word salads.  He was informed and understood the current events. 
Kamala Harris speaks like she is trying to meet the word count in a thesis paper.  It is rare when her responses are coherent and meaningful and demonstrate a command of the issues.
