And, in the common data set, these are the only "very important" things: Rigor GPA Essays - meaning only their short answer Qs + First gen Race/ethnicity Residency Nothing else is "important". But they "consider": Test scores ECs Talents Personal qualities Alumni Work/volunteer Most of the "considered" are likely considered mainly via the short answer Qs since that is the main place to express those qualities. Otherwise, it would only be in the brief activities list in the application.[/quote]
